Waiting for Class to Start

So here I sit in the meaningless despair that is class. Actually, this is the tiny window of enjoyment I have between my 2 morning classes, where I can actually get some coffee and start my brain up. Don't get me wrong, Econ is EXCITING! But when you're running on 4 hours of sleep, it gets a little tougher. I almost fumbled my coffee this morning, that could have been bad. There is a guy in this class with a dell XPS. It's the 2nd generation. It's very nice. My desktop owns it. I hate BW ping time, however I got a job with the IT department so maybe something can be done about that. I start at 2:00 today. Gotta eat and go lift right after class. Get buff. Oh yeah. Look how disconnected my thoughts are, nothing is flowing this morning. I'm not even going to spell check this so you can see just how incredibly out of it I am. Bye.

Awkward

So here's the awkward moment of the day.

I was picking up some soda Giant Eagle to accompany our pizza and got in line in the 12 items or less station. I then noticed that the only item the girl in front of me had purchased was a pregnancy test. I avoided it, but I almost did a dumb and dumber. Just like, "So why you goin go the airport? Ya flying somewhere?" This almost escaped my mouth, "So! Whatcha been doin?"

Classes going as well as could be expected!

Well let me tell you, my schedule has never been so easy. Since leaving the conservatory, I really understand and appreciate the ease of a liberal arts major. Not that business subject matter is at all easy, but the schedule is. So i'm typing to you all from the newest introduction to my life, an iBook. Yes, it's true. I have succumbed to the dark side of the force. But there is mysterious power with this dark side, I WILL EVEN LEARN TO STOP PEOPLE FROM DYING!!!! Ok, sorry, episode II quote there. But seriously, this thing is an awesome asset for the classroom. Already in 2 classes i've typed 1000+ words of notes. I think that is pretty cool. Well enough for now, check back later! Here's my schedule.

Today I built a computer. I can't say it was the easiest thing I've ever done, as I experienced a bad hard drive, a bad motherboard and a phantom power supply issue. Never again will I custom build a budget PC. NEVER. But at least it's up and running and I must confess it is a beast of a machine, even if it is for my mother. However I can feel the stress setting in already, I haven't had a second to pack for school yet. So tomorrow Paul will be helping me move into BW and i have nothing ready. Plans for tonight you say? And by tonight I mean from 12AM-6AM, prepare for the move. 6am to 12pm, sleep. Then I'll actually move stuff to BW with paul. Room 230 here we come!!!

My Friend JJ's Wedding

Yesterday was JJ's wedding. He's 20 years old and has been dating his girlfriend for 7 years. This man is a man of iron, he and Angel were still virgins when they got married. It was quite incredible. The wedding went as well as could be planned, with the exception of some kid screaming his head off literally every 30 seconds. Now I know why God made nurseries. THat reminds me of a good invention, what we need is like a portable sound proof cage, that still lets children breathe, kind of like a doggie cage. When they get noisy, just putem in the box till the shut up. This one sure needed one. The worst is when the parents fail to realize that their child is causing a major distraction. Do you not realize that your child just yelled at the top of his lungs? If your cell phone went off, would you not turn it off? The same with small children. GET THEM OUT! OK, sorry. Little vent session. I gotta go read. Peace yall.

A Weekend for Computing

This weekend I basically worked and played on computers the whole time, which is fine with me. It's always interesting when I play Battlefield 2 with like 60 other players online. Good times for all. I just finished importing my half of the BNYC footage for the traditional BNYC video. If you are interested in what the ending will be, then please by all means remain curious. It'll only be another 14 weeks in production till it's finished. Just kidding. My teeth aren't hurting as much anymore, my new favorite activity has become swishing my mouth with salt water. MMMmmm. A deliciously good feeling. Monday I go to talk to my new academic advisor, as I head down the change of major form again. What's up with me and changing majors? No matter how bad I am, I cannot be worse than one girl I heard of, who changed her major 8 times in one week. That is stupid insane. Goodnight all.

So I had my wisdom teeth out today...

Here is what I remember.

Going to the office.
Getting wired with pulse and heartbeat monitors.
Hearing my heartbeat skyrocket when they needled my arm.
Asking the doctor if he was a liscenced anethesiologist.
When he told me I'd get sleepy and kinda drugged, I said, "sounds like a party".
Then I showed up on my sofa at home.

I'm sure I got there somehow, but that part is all a blur. So now I'm out 4 wisdom teeth, which is good. Vicodin rocks my socks! I could feel the pain fading 5 minutes after I downed it. I guess it's pudding and mashed potatoes for a while for me.

Other than that I really can't concentrate.

Today was my 21st

Today was my twenty first birthday. I drank a Michelob with my Dad and played Monopoly with my friends. All in all it was the way I'd like to have a 21st birthday. Mark, Aaron, Kevin and Jess came over. Jim and Paul got me a pimpin shirt and some awesome cologne, I love the shirt so much. My mom also got me a Texas Hold'em poker chip set. It's rockin. Anyway, Good birthday, and Good night yall.
